My love note: There are many places in the city where the food is cheap (like $7 per plate cheap), and amazing every time. However, there are only a few places where you can also watch Indonesian TV (or Jeopardy), bring a bottle of whiskey and buy cokes for mixers, and roll around the restaurant on red velvet-covered chairs.
