My love note:  My favorite spot in Philadelphia is on the outside deck at the Water Works Restaurant. Not to be equaled are the combination of beautiful, classical Palladian architecture, the river, waterfall, sky and reflected sunlight.  Add a golden sunset (hard to catch), and you have one of the greatest beauty spots around.  For even more bliss, enjoy it with a loved one!

That is indeed a wonderful spot in Philadelphia that brings back to me many good memories. Did you know that at one time, ages ago, there was a fish aquarium exhibit located roughly under where you are standing. My favorite denizen of that exhibit was a huge sea turtle.
